The Connect & Engage User Conference provided clients with an intimate look at VBA’s solutions and what to expect with upcoming releases.
GERMANTOWN, WI – December 10, 2021
VBA, a leading-edge healthcare software company, recently held their inaugural Connect & Engage User Conference to give clients a closer look at current solutions while previewing what VBA has in store for 2022.
The two-day event, held virtually from December 8-9, included live product demos, an executive forum with VBA leadership and the announcement of a new company initiative: Project Argonaut, a two-fold technology project that will unify the company’s technology stack while also modernizing the front-end user experience. VBA also provided an update on their progress toward earning HITRUST certification, an industry benchmark that demonstrates compliance with health information privacy and security requirements.
“Project Argonaut and finalizing the HITRUST certification process kick off our 2022 technology roadmap,” said Rich Pierce, Chief Technology Officer of VBA. “Our goal with these initiatives is to broaden developer support and continue to refine user experience to ensure VBA solutions remain the superior option in the insurance industry.”
VBA has big plans for all its products in 2022, with a major focus on ensuring compliance with new cost transparency requirements in the industry. VBA is enhancing its VBASoftware and VBAGateway solutions and partnering with leading industry vendors to meet these new requirements.
