Virtual Benefit Administrator (VBA), a proactive, leading-edge healthcare software company, announced today the promotion of Rachel Lanser to Chief Revenue Officer. In this role, Lanser will lead the sales, marketing, and operations teams within the company.
Lanser joined the VBA team in 2008 as a Business Analyst and has held positions of increasing responsibility, most recently as Vice President of Operations and Payer Solutions. Now, as Chief Revenue Officer, Lanser will utilize her extensive business experience and knowledge of VBA solutions to build critical partnerships while fostering the growth and development of VBA’s products.

Her team will continue to develop the capabilities of VBA’s software solutions for benefits administration, including VBASoftware, VBAGateway, VBAMobile, VBAVoice, and VBAnalytics.
